ReBoat at NTUA Researcher’s Night 2025

On Friday, 26 September 2025, the ICCS-NTUA team proudly presented ReBoat at this year’s NTUA Researcher’s Night—one of the largest science communication and outreach events in Greece. Held from 17:00 to 23:00 at the National Technical University of Athens, the event attracted more than 10,000 visitors, including students, educators, researchers, and members of the public.

Visitors to the ReBoat stand had the opportunity to learn about the project’s vision, objectives, and ongoing developments in the context of circular economy, sustainable marine practices, and coastal innovation. Of particular note was the high level of engagement from young students and pupils, whose curiosity and insightful questions underscored the importance of making research accessible to all.

Events like Researcher’s Night play a vital role in bridging the gap between science and society. They foster dialogue, inspire future innovators, and highlight the societal relevance of scientific research and technological development.
