3rd ReBoat Plenary Meeting - Fulda, Germany (20–22 January 2026)

The 3rd ReBoat Plenary Meeting successfully took place in Fulda (Germany) from 20 to 22 January 2026, kindly hosted by EDAG Group. Over three intensive days, the consortium came together to review progress, align strategies, and advance the project from concept to real-world implementation.

The meeting opened with a comprehensive project overview and strategic recap led by the Project Coordinator, setting the stage for the discussions ahead. The second day was fully dedicated to translating design concepts into deployable solutions, with strong technical depth and hands-on collaboration.

A highlight of the day was the live demonstration of the EDAG CityBot, offering partners a firsthand experience of a modular, multifunctional solution aligned with ReBoat’s vision for decentralized and scalable circular systems. The demonstration sparked lively discussions and cross-fertilization of ideas among partners.

The final day focused on impact, exploitation, and next steps. The 3rd ReBoat Plenary Meeting reaffirmed the consortium’s shared commitment to transforming circular economy concepts into deployable, human-centered solutions for Europe’s islands—and beyond.
